Most of the time, brands are on social media to answer your concerns. But sometimes, they can surprise you with the comeback of a lifetime.

Brands used Twitter to do more than just promote their products this year. Their platforms also produced the funniest comebacks and the most shadiest tweets to their competitors. And sure, we shouldn’t really be celebrating a company’s PR strategy. But a good clapback is a good clapback.
